I was absolutely delighted with the service provided by Joe at Online Garden Designs. He was so professional and approachable. He talked me through the whole process step by step before I even purchased the package and then during the process, was always at hand to answer any queries.

I wanted to redesign my garden but didn’t know where to begin. I wanted the garden to be a fun space for the children to play and to use all their outdoor equipment but I also wanted it to be a place where we could entertain and relax. Not an easy task to encorporate two polar opposite spaces into the one small garden, but the result was amazing!

I also wanted more plants in the garden but my knowledge of plants is non-existent so Joe provided me with a planting plan for the garden too which was invaluable as he chose plants that would both suit each area if the garden aesthetically and that would also thrive in each part of the garden.

Joe had great patience and nothing was a problem when I changed my mind on certain aspects of the plans at different stages. The plans far exceeded our expectations. I was blown away by the end result and cannot wait to see the plan come to life.

Kenneth was the third landscaper we approached about our landscaping job in Kildare Town. He was by far the best. We gave him an idea of what we wanted and when we purchased the silver package the questionnaire was excellent. It gives you so much options in relation to what you might want and the end product was way above our expectations.

The response time from completing the questionnaire and providing photos of our land and the delivery of the prospective plans for our new garden was very quick. As a civil engineer I was hoping to design my own garden. I had an idea of what I wanted but I just didn’t know how to pull it all together so I decided to seek some professional help. I contacted Onlinegardendesigns and, to be honest, I was a little apprehensive initially about how the online design would work but there was absolutely no need to have worried.

The online questionnaire was very in-depth, covering options on the mood, shapes, structures and much more. I uploaded pictures of my existing garden and a few images of some ideas I liked and within a few days of completing this I had my garden design. Ken had taken my ideas and requirements and given me a design I could never have imagined. I had a few queries on the design but after an in depth conversation all these queries were put to bed.
